● O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee, and I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss of Heaven and the pains of Hell, but most of all because they offend Thee, my God, Who art all-good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Thy graceconfess my sins, to do penance and toamend my life. 
● You, my God, and I love You with all my heart. I thank you for having created me, for having made me a . and for having preserved me this day. Pardon me for the evil I have done today. If I have done anything good, be pleased to accept it. Protect me while I take my rest and deliver me from all dangers. May your grace be always with me.
●Oh Lord, we pray you to visit this home and drive from it all snares of the enemy. Let Your holy angels dwell in it to preserve us in peace; and let Your blessing be always upon us. Through Lord. Amen. Protect us, Lord, as we stay awake; watch over us as we sleep, that awake, we may keep watch  and asleep, rest in his peace .
