Why did God create me tall/short?

Question : Why did God create me tall/short?
Ans: God wants you to praise Him about the wonderful way He created you.
Suppose you are drawing a picture of children playing outside. You don’t draw all the children to look exactly the same! You draw some girls and some boys. You draw some with straight, blonde hair, and some with curly, black hair. You draw some tall and some short. You draw some with bright, blue eyes, and some with dark, brown eyes. You would be surprised if one of your drawings folded his arms and grumbled, “I wanted to have brown hair and green eyes. You messed up!”
As silly for a drawing to complain about the way you made him, how much more foolish is it for us to tell our Creator God He “messed up” in making us?
God also has a good purpose for how He created you. You may never know His purpose, but you should still trust and praise Him.
